"Among the many odd things we have in Pune Shut Up & Read is one such. It encourages reading and authors. This afternoon I and Sesh interacted with five young authors, all girls ranging from school and college students to a working woman. We two and another published author Vivek Ayyair explained our own varied ways of writing novels. It is a very pleasant experience to see how deeply the young ladies are committed to writing and making a good job of it. It was a very well spent afternoon. If this is a sample of what is happening across the country, then Indian authorship is in for a fine literary future."
